Pregnancy can often be an emotional and fragile stage, where many questions and doubts about your own wishes and needs can arise. Therefore, it can be nice to have someone by your side who understands what you are going through and who can advise you professionally and make the journey as safe and comfortable as possible.
Regardless of whether:
- You must be alone, mother.
- You are giving birth for the second time, but dream of a different birth experience this time.
- You have a planned cesarean section.
- You already have a cesarean section but want to give birth vaginally
- Or if you are just two excited parents who want to have a good start and during birth.

As your Doula Sis, I create a safe and present space for you and your partner, where you can feel seen, heard and supported throughout the process. I will hold space for whatever you are going through, listen to your needs and feelings about the birth and be your support all the way.
