On 11.10.25 we welcomed our little brother home in the living room 🥰

I often read that nitrous oxide and home birth don't go hand in hand. I just have to say that it can if you want it to.

I needed the reassurance of having the nitrous oxide, didn't know if I would need it, my little brother was having a good time and I used the nitrous oxide to calm down for the last 45 minutes or so, it was worth its weight in gold for me 🙏🏼

A calm birth of about 3 hours where I followed my body and intuition the whole way through. No internal examinations, I just went with the contractions and my body 🥰 the sweetest midwife Johanne only helped to bring him forward so I could receive him.

Today little brother Atlas is 3 months old and I still think back on the experience as really good and the best birth I could have ever dreamed of 😍
