Returns and exchanges
We hope you are happy with what you have purchased from us, but if for any reason you regret your purchase, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. You are allowed to examine the item as you would in a store, but if you need to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Liners, salt and tea must be returned in unopened packaging for reasons of hygiene.

If you wish to return your item, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@enblidstart.dk and attaching your proof of purchase, and send the package no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned undamaged and safe. We cannot refund damaged or soiled products, so we advise that you send the item insured and tracked.

Package not collected at parcel shop
If your package is returned to us because you have not picked it up from the parcel shop, the purchase is considered to have been cancelled and we will refund your payment, minus a handling fee of 60,-.

Refund
Once we have received the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the item. If parts of the original purchase are missing, the value of the item in question will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase. We will refund all payments less the cost of delivery.

Defects
We check our products carefully, but sometimes defects can be overlooked. If you receive an item with a defect, please notify us immediately and provide as thorough documentation of the defect as possible. Complaints must be legitimate and present upon receipt of the item. Depending on the situation, we may either offer to replace, refund, repair or partially refund the purchase. Defects that occur as a result of incorrect handling or lack of proper care of the product are not covered. Return shipping of defective products will be covered by Enblidstart to a reasonable extent.
