Terms and conditions

The following applies to all deliveries from Enblidstart.

When picking up a product other than a maternity package, please contact us to arrange a time.

Feeding trough rental
When reserving the birthing tub package, a deposit of DKK 400/500 is paid, which is refunded when the birthing tub and accessories have been checked after return. If the entire package is not returned on time (6 weeks rental), a fee of DKK 100 per week started will be added.

If you wish to change the date and/or time of return, please contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Please note that if you are late, you must contact us no later than 20 minutes before the agreed time. If notice is not given in time, a fee of DKK 200 will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit. The fee also applies in case of no-show.

When choosing delivery and/or pickup as well as a service package, a time and date can be requested, after which we will confirm the request if no message about adjustment takes place.

Cancellation of rental
Cancellation of rental must be made no later than 48 hours before pickup and possible shipment in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. After that, the deposit is waived.

Treatment of the alimentary canal
The feeding tube should be stored at room temperature and only inflated after it has been standing for 24 hours so that the vinyl does not crack.

Cleaning of feeding troughs and accessories
The feeding tub and accessories must be returned as it was received and as you would be happy to use it for your birth. Read cleaning of feeding tubs & accessories under terms and conditions for correct handling of feeding tubs and accessories and cleaning.

Freight
Packages are sent with Postnord to a parcel shop or home delivery.
Free pick-up at the address is also possible by arrangement.
When ordering in-stock items, your package will be shipped either on the day or no later than 2 days after ordering, so you will receive your package within 3 days. If shipping is not possible within this time frame, we will contact you.

Right of withdrawal
We hope you are happy with what you have purchased from us, but if for any reason you regret your purchase, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. You are allowed to examine the item as you would in a store, but if you need to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Therefore, the packaging must not be broken for reasons of hygiene.

If you wish to return your item, please notify us as soon as possible by attaching your proof of purchase to an email to info@enblidstart.dk and send the package no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and you are responsible for ensuring that it is returned safely and undamaged. We cannot refund dirty or damaged products, so we advise that you send the item insured and tracked.

Package not collected at parcel shop
If your package is returned to us because you have not picked up your package from the parcel shop, the purchase is considered cancelled. We will refund your payment, less a handling fee of 60,-.

Refund
Once we have received the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the item. Please remember to return all items received that you wish to return. If parts of the original purchase are missing, the value of the item in question will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase. We will refund all payments less the cost of delivery.

Defects
We check our products carefully, but sometimes defects can be overlooked. If you receive an item with a defect, please notify us immediately and provide as thorough documentation of the defect as possible. Complaints must be legitimate and present upon receipt of the item. Depending on the situation, we may either offer to replace, refund, repair or partially refund the purchase. Defects that occur as a result of incorrect handling or lack of proper care of the product are not covered. Return shipping of defective products will be covered by Enblidstart to a reasonable extent.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Personal information
We only process your personal data if you have given us permission or there is another legal basis for processing personal data. Processing of your personal data is done solely for the purpose of giving you the best experience on our webshop. Enblidstart is responsible for the data, and we only collect necessary personal data and do not process personal data for anything other than the purpose for which it was collected.
